All applicants must obtain E-code (Internet registration system for visa application) previously to visa application at the Embassy. Please apply all kinds of visas through authorized travel agents who can deal with E-code application.

Note for Non-Japanese applicants:


  • Copy of Alien registration card in both sides should be submitted along with following each visa requirement.

  • Landing permission & re-entry to residential country (Japan) should valid for at least six months.

  • For U.S. passport holder, a uniform visa application fee is applicable. Please check with the Embassy for a monthly rate in Japanese Yen. The maximum visa validity for 5 years, multiple entries, possible to stay for 6months per entry.

Hajj Visa (Guidance for Hajj Visa)

 

This visa, which is granted gratis, is issued from the first day following the blessed Eid Al-Fitr to the 25th day of Dhul Qa'da of each Hijri year. It is granted to Muslims who wish to travel to Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj pilgrimage.



Omrah Visa

 

This visa which is granted gratis, is issued from the first day of the month of Safar to the middle of the blessed month of Ramadan of every Hijri year. It is granted to Muslims who wish to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform the Omrah.

Authentication Procedure

 

Documents and instruments including but not limited to legal, commercial and other official documents, school certificates, diplomas and other credentials and reports may be authenticated provided that they meet the following requirements:

1.

For a document to be considered authentic, it must bear a series of notarization, certification, and/or authentication stamps or indentation from official authorities in the host country and the official seal and signature of the Saudi Arabian Embassy or Consulate.

2.

Any alteration, deletion, or addition to the content of a document or notarization, certification and/or authentication thereon shall render the document ineligible for authentication by the Saudi Arabia Embassy or Consulate.

3.

The Saudi Arabian Embassy is not responsible for the content of the document and has the right to deny authentication of a document.

4.

Documents to be authenticated may be delivered to the Embassy in person or through an authorized agent.

5.

All documents belonging to commercial organization must be authenticated by Ministry of Foreign Affaires of Japan.

6.

In the case of authentication for a translated copy of document, the original document must meet all requirements for authentication. Authentication by the Saudi Arabian Embassy or Consulate shall be for both the original and the translated versions. Arabic translation, especially of foreign court instruments, must be true and authentic.
